Welcome to
SILICON VALLEY TENNIS ACADEMY
offered in collaboration with San Carlos Tennis ClubSilicon Valley Tennis Academy focuses on building a passion for learning, improvement and achievement in your child, both on and off the tennis court. We promise a fun environment combined with a serious intensity, to teach your junior player valuable lessons for finding joy and success in tennis and in life. Your child will make significant leaps starting from the first day they step out onto the court.
Silicon Valley Tennis Academy is for junior players of all ages, and is designed to rapidly build and improve competitive performance. We provide organized, goal-setting clinics that focus on learning and improving every element of the game, including fitness, skills, strategy, mental focus and resilience, and sportsmanship.
Every junior player is welcomed to try the Silicon Valley Tennis Academy for the first time FREE!
SVTAv is open to the public. Membership in San Carlos Tennis Club is not required.

SVTA's Instructor:
The instructional program for SVTA is provided by Aaron Elbert, an experienced Bay Area tennis instructor, who has worked extensively with players from beginner level to nationally ranked competitors. Aaron honed his tennis skills in junior and adult level competition, growing into a successful Open Level competitor and a top player in the USTA Northern California section. He is a recent graduate of Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, where he received a tennis scholarship and competed on their Division I Tennis Team, ranked in the top 75 in the nation.
Aaron attributes his success in tennis to a work ethic and desire that was fueled by a sense of joy and passion for the game of tennis. He hopes to contribute that same sense of joy and passion towards the growth of a flourishing Bay Area tennis community, building upon the long and vibrant history of social and competitive tennis events offered through the San Carlos Tennis Club!
