Hello SCTC Men:

Tournament for Single Players - all rankings

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Warm up starts at 8:30am.  Play begins promptly at 9am.  If you arrive after 9:00am, you lose the round but can use the remaining time until the next round to warm up.  You will play THREE 30-minute sets (rounds) at CARLMONT HIGH SCHOOL in San Carlos. High score at the end of the 30 minutes will determine the winner of the set. We will play a Winners Bracket, and a lower bracket.  Give it your best to win! The player who wins all three sets is the Tournament Champion.

$12 per player.  8 total players.  Please BRING A CAN OF Tennis balls for the event.

RSVPs will be taken in order.  Player brackets will be published at time of event.

SCTC is committed to the safety and health of our members.

The following rules apply if you participate in club events at Arguello:

1. Please do not come onto the courts until the appointed time of event.

2. Mask up as you exit your vehicle and wear it until you are playing on court. Bring your own hand sanitizer.  The Club has a limited supply of sanitizer and masks, if needed.

3. Maintain a social distance of 6 feet, including during turnovers. Place bags far apart on the sidelines.

4. Bring a new can of balls, marked as yours, and do not touch balls of others who are serving; use your foot or racquet to return balls. Optional.

5. Mask up again once play is completed. We recommend leaving the facility after you play; if you stay as a spectator, you must wear a mask and maintain social distancing. No food or drink (other than water that each player brings).

Be considerate of other players.  If you feel ill OR have been exposed within the last 10 days to someone who has tested positive, please skip our tennis events.
